I've tried tune/hum/whistle recognition programs, ith no success. I've even gone back to the school to ask the lady at reception and was laughed at and told that the old tape deck had long gone and that she would be in touch if she found out anything. I've been in touch with one of the teachers. I've browsed through nearly every album with Ballade pour Adeline in it on iTunes, with no luck. One tune has stuck in my brain for years and it's driving me crazy. At school in the early 90s, before assembly started, the teachers would play some calming music.
